About JOPI

JOPI walks alongside youth who face barriers to employment so that they have purposeful work, which not only provides a source of income, but allows them to journey and discover God’s plan for them.

We equip young people, helping to move them forward on the journey of being employment ready through mentorship, inspirational experience, and providing both pathways to employment and awareness of job opportunities.

At Youth Unlimited, through the employment program and other programs, we want to see youth experience wholistic transformation through achieving the Job READINESS, which includes:

Thank you for considering partnering with us.  Plans to build the employment program include building a team of mentors, job coaches and placement partners.  We seek to partner with existing training and placement programs as much as possible instead of reinventing the wheel.  Our primary approach is walking alongside youth as they journey on the road to becoming employment ready, be a cheerleader and mentor as they navigate finding and keeping gainful work.
