The Job Opportunity and Placement Initiative was birthed from parents in the community letting us know, “What our youths need are jobs.”  We aim to assist young people from the ages of 16-25 who are experiencing vulnerability (barriers to employment) to become employment ready and move on to find rewarding work.  The ministry has been piloted in the Jane Finch community with hopes to reach youth across the GTA in the future. Our aim is to help youth experience transformation who will in turn transform their community.
